What do want to achieve ? 

It's important to be realistic about your recording and what you want to do with it once finished. 

Obviously, the higher the quality and more involved the sessions are, the higher the cost.

There are many recording studios available ranging from the major expensive ones to the very low cost local studios. A lot also depends on the engineers and producers. It is best to investigate which studio is right for you, depending on cost, sound produced etc. Ask around and listen to some of their products.

At Hound we tend to stick with ones that we know will turn out what we are looking for and have had a good working relationship with.

An independent studio in the south of England with many years of experience that gets great results at affordable prices.
