A Summary
of Hound Music
Hound Music is more than
you see on this web site
Hound Music was first formed in 1994 to
manage and promote local bands and artists in the U.K.
and
to help artists and musicians that were having both business and personal
problems.
This
was in part financed from advances received from record companies etc.
-
-
In
1998 Hound Music became part of Y.U. Sound consultancy Ltd.
-
-
An internet based record company with it's own contracted artists ,
distribution center for new and back catalog material under license from
major labels and specialist computer based recording equipment sales.
-
-
-
Mid
2003 Hound Music went its own way
-
-
Now
back to its original concept,
but dealing with international talent.
-
No
longer intent on profit and shareholder dividends, more about helping
artists survive and create in the music business, which as all of us know
can be difficult and frustrating.
Writing
and performing is what most artists enjoy.
The hard part is getting the work
and deals.
This is where
Hound may be able
to help.
Our
aim is to help talent reach its full potential.
What ever stage you're
at, Hound may well be able to help.
From
simple promotion, networking and publicity, to full management.
-
We
can if required, by using our many contacts, try to place artists with companies that are looking for the type of material that you want
to perform, record and promote.
-
-
Of
course the material and recordings must be of a good enough standard. We can
advise on this.
-
No one wants to
waste time, money and effort. If in doubt, contact us.
What we handle : -
Artists websites
and networking sites
- Bands
and artists that are
contracted to us for major promotion / recording and management.
